Responsibilities of this Construction Accounting Specialist include:

  • Record AP and AR transactions into QuickBooks
  • Prepare bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of bank account balances
  • Ensure timecards are accurate and recorded in a timely fashion
  • Understanding of lien releases and percentage of completion

    Minimum requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the construction industry accounting experience
  • Proficient with QuickBooks
  • Detail oriented and able to quickly learn new processes
  • Self-starter, team player who’s reliable and carries the no-job-too-small mentality
