Accounting Manager
Accounting Principals is seeking candidates for a contract to hire Accounting Manager in Bristol, PA. Compensation: Commensurate upon experience $45-50/hr
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
Be a key player month and end-year process
Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable departments
Act as a liaison between CFO and Accounting departments
Responsible for keeping track cash receipts and maintaining general ledger
Manager payroll, utilities, and cash forecasting functions
Create revenue and expenditure variance analysis reports for CFO
Oversee activity pertaining to: check runs, fixed assets, debt activity
Requirements
Proven working experience as Accounting Manager or Finance Manager
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
Experience with major ERP (Sage, Timberline, JD Edwards)
Must have prior Manufacturing experience
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to direct and supervise, previous experience managing a minimum of 3
BS degree in Accounting or Finance
