Accounting Manager

Accounting Principals is currently seeking an Accounting Manager with 10 or more years of Financial Accounting experience. Ideally, we are looking for a professional that is an active CPA.

  • Managing and reviewing financial reports on a quarterly and on an annual basis.
  • Ensuring that all reporting meets the guidelines of SEC reporting.
  • Prepare and consolidate the Financial Statements and the General Ledger.
  • Preparing and allocating budgets for spending purposes.
  • Reviewing the Equity transactions and performing the calculations that are required.
  • Reviewing and approving the Journal Entries.
  • Reviewing and reporting analytics.
  • Communicating and coordinating with Internal and External Auditors.
  • Other accounting duties may be assigned


  • At least 10 or more years of Financial Accounting Experience
  • Accounting Degree (Required)
  • CPA with experience working in a Public Accounting Firm (at least 3 years of Public Accounting)
  • Experience with a large ERP software
  • Experience in Webfillings
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting


  • Effective Communication and Written skills
  • Ability to Multi Task
  • Detailed and Organized

    Employment Type:

  • Full-time

    Salary/Hourly: Up to $80 per hour* Dependent on level of experience and qualifications
