Accounting Principals is currently seeking an Accounting Data Entry Clerk focused on surpassing expectations for a full-time position at a CPA firm in south Oklahoma City, OK.  This is a direct hire role that will assist the team in doing the ordinary extremely well and work to give high end quality of work and customer service.

This position will be tasked with data entry of accounting information in areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other areas.  Additionally, this position will also act as contact for visitors and provided positive administrative support to the team.  Ideal candidates will have experience with QuickBooks and strong data entry accounting skills .


Responsibilities include:

  • Enter client accounting information into QuickBooks
  • Manage accounts receivable, payable and payroll
  • Greet visitors and answer phones/emails
  • Create proposals and manage calendars
  • Maintain office supplies

    Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous account management and bookkeeping experience
  • Knowledge of office administration and procedures


  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills
  • Highly client focused and professional in all forms of communication
  • Must be a self-starter, attentive to details and possess excellent organizational skills
  • Creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements and think 2 steps ahead


  • 3 plus years’ experience in accounts receivable, payable and general bookkeeping procedures
  • 3 plus years as an Administrative Assistant

    Employment Type: Full-time, Temp to Hire



    $15-$18 per hour  USD


    Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
