Accounting Principals is assisting a client in south Charlotte with their need for an Accounting Coordinator. This is a contract to hire position for the right person. Retail industry experience preferred! Please read on for more information!


What will the accounting coordinator be doing?

  • AP invoice processing
  • Getting approvals
  • ACH and wire transfers
  • Assisting with inventory
  • Account reconciliations
  • Assisting with billing
  • Adjusting journal entries
  • Assisting with month end close processes

    What will the accounting coordinator need to be considered?

  • Minimum of 3 years of AP experience
  • GL and month end close exposure highly preferred
  • MS Excel proficiency (pivot tables and vlookup)
  • Data entry
  • Retail industry accounting experience strongly preferred
