Accounting Principals is hiring an Accounting Clerk with exceptional customer service and organizational skills for a small automotive business in Orange County, CA. It is a 4-6 week project.
Accounting duties and responsibilities:
Post vendor payables in Sage software.
Update outgoing freight and other control spreadsheets.
Communicate with vendors as needed related to invoices.
Prepare purchase requisitions and enter receipt of goods.
Customer Service / General Office duties:
Answer phones to take customer orders.
Check on availability of product and order processing.
Printing labels as needed for shipments.
Assist and support management with other duties as required.
Skills and abilities required:
High school diploma.
Minimum of 2 years customer service and/or clerical accounting/bookkeeping experience.
General knowledge of computer business software and Microsoft Excel.
Bilingual Spanish a plus but not required.
Must be well organized and efficient.
Ability to multi-task with little supervision.
Must have both oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 10 lbs.
