Accounting Clerk

Accounting Principals is seeking an Accounting clerk located in Agoura Hills, CA area. This position is a great opportunity to work with a week-known company that has a dedicated team. Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process expense reports on a monthly basis
  • Process vendor and supplier invoices
  • Prepare journal entries
  • Responsible for maintaining accounts with accurate records
  • Assist with monthly and annual closing for financial audits
  • Researches and corrects discrepancies
  • Qualifications:

  • Must have QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions experience
  • Bookkeeping experience is required
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Experience with bank reconciliations and bank deposits
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
  •
