Accounting Principals is seeking an Accounting clerk located in Agoura Hills, CA area. This position is a great opportunity to work with a week-known company that has a dedicated team. Handle and process expense reports on a monthly basis
Process vendor and supplier invoices
Prepare journal entries
Responsible for maintaining accounts with accurate records
Assist with monthly and annual closing for financial audits
Researches and corrects discrepancies
Must have QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions experience
Bookkeeping experience is required
Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Experience with bank reconciliations and bank deposits
Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
