Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Creating and issuing Contracts and Purchase Orders
  • Creating and processing Change Orders (both Sub and Owner)
  • Collecting, reviewing, and processing Sub Draws
  • Creating and submitting monthly Owner Draws
  • Issuing Budget and SOV Transfers
  • Entering, tracking, and issuing all payments
  • Collecting Conditional & Unconditional Waivers from Subcontractors
  • Recording and tracking any Lien Notices
  • Filing, scanning and general Office Support
  • Other special projects as required by the Construction Administration Manager
  • Collecting and recording Insurance and ensuring overall compliance by Subs
  • Processing Supplier, Vendor, and Misc. Invoices
  •  

    Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience & 2 years’ experience in construction industry (multifamily preferred) with a strong understanding of the Developer-General Contractor Building process
  • Minimum of High School Diploma – College preferred
  • Experience with Sage/Intacct and Procore
  • Strong understanding of Construction Mechanic's Lien Rules and Notice Requirements
  • Build and sustain favorable Vendor and Subcontractor relationships
  • Prioritize and assess situations / "manage the manager"
  • Knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, formatting) & Microsoft Outlook
  • Proven organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
  • Critical thinking to prioritize tasks and manage workload scope
  •
