Accounting Principals is partnering with a global manufacturing company to search for a full time accounting professional. You will be helping support the team with a variety of tasks and need to be comfortable working in the office. They are taking precautions in the office and you will be working in your own area. Your main tasks will be posting payments, organizing accounting documents, and auditing vendor accounts. You will be trained and have someone to ask questions to in the office. The ideal candidate will have some accounting education or experience and be comfortable working in SAP or Oracle. This is a contract position for the next twelve months so it could work out well for any accounting student who is looking to get some experience on their resume before graduating.

Main Tasks:

  • Posting payments to the correct accounts
  • Auditing and updating vendor account information
  • Reconciling credit card statements
  • Updating the accounting reports
  • Additional projects as needed
  • Qualifications:

  • At least a year of accounting education or experience
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with SAP/Oracle preferred
  • Ability to learn quick and work with accuracy
  • High attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills
  •
