A company located in Portland, OR is looking for a temporary to hire accounting professional to join their team. Accounting Principals is looking for someone who has at least two years of accounting experience. You will be handling payments, billing invoices, and assist with month-end close tasks. The office is open and taking safety precautions, so you must be comfortable going onsite for work. The team is close-knit and friendly so if you are looking for a culture where you feel you are making a direct impact, this could be the right fit for you. It’s important that you are comfortable collaborating with others and assisting the team with other tasks when needed. Free parking is offered, and the interview process will be quick.

Main Tasks:

  • Updating client account information
  • Composing and sending out billing invoices
  • Posting client payments and updating the aging reports
  • Assisting with month-end close processes
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Additional projects as needed
  • Qualifications:

  • At least two years of accounting experience
  • Comfortable in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with others
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
