We are partnering with a great client in the Healthcare sector to fill an Accounting Clerk job in Hollywood, FL. This is on a six-month contract basis but has the possibility to go permanent. This role requires a highly motivated individual who has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate has strong Excel skills and the desire to proactively expand their knowledge in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and spreadsheet management
  • Create and track purchase orders
  • Handle about 30 invoice entries per day
  • Responsible for assisting and supporting general accounting with the general ledger, billing, and month end processing
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Construction or general knowledge of lean labor and job costing experience required
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Skills:

  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn new processes and procedures quickly
