Well then we've got the position for you because Accounting Principals is partnering with a great client, who focuses on real estate consulting, to fill an Accounting Clerk position. This is on a five-month contract basis, but has the possibility to extend. This role requires a highly motivated individual who has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, experience working with QuickBooks, and the desire to proactively expand their knowledge in the field.
Process 350 invoices monthly
Create a schedule for HOA's and set up auto-pays
Assist with discrepancy reconciliation
Responsible for assisting and supporting general accounting with the general ledger, billing, and month end processing
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is requried
Minimum 6+ months of relevant experience (including internship experience)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
