Accounting Principals is seeking an Accounting Clerk who can immediately start working on 3-4-month temporary position located in Brea, CA.   Qualified candidates should have at one year of prior accounts payable and accounts receivable experience and ability to work onsite.   

Job Duties:

  • Match and code vendor invoices 
  • Get invoices to managers for approval
  • Scanning and file invoices
  • Timely posting of cash, credit card, ACH payments
  • Review status of customer accounts and contact customers on past due amounts
  • Research discrepancies, short payments and misapplied funds
  • Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience with accounts payable & accounts receivable
  • Manufacturing or Distribution industry experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Hands on experience working with an ERP software
  • Skills:

  • Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Work independently and produce quality work within assigned timelines
  • Attention to detail and strong organization skills
  • Employment Type:    Temporary, 3-4 months

    Compensation:     $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

    Work Hours:  8:00 am – 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday
