Accounting Principals has partnered with a City of Industry, CA based organization in their search for an Accounting Clerk to join their team. Qualified candidates must have strong accounts payable and billing skills as well as basic accounting knowledge. You will responsible for processing full cycle accounts payable including 3-way matching, high volume billing, and supporting the accounting department with monthly reporting.
Primary Duties
Accounts payable (matching, coding, check runs)
Daily invoicing to customers
Process billing adjustments, rebates and credits
Prepare various reports for sales and accounting departments
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of related experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize the workflow and time management skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Employment Type: Temp to Hire
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00
Work Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday
