The primary responsibilities of the position will be to assist the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable manager and serve as an additional team member to the A/R and A/P team. This will include supporting daily accounting operations by helping process A/P and A/R transactions, as well as assisting with other various accounting team projects.


  • Assist Accounts Payable as needed with entering invoices, paying vendors and preparing checks or electronic disbursement
  • Assist Accounts Receivable as needed with the processing of incoming payments: Lockbox, ACH, Inter-Company and Wires
  • Successfully support our invoicing process
  • Reviewing and Identifying potential errors made on invoices
  • Maintaining an orderly financial filing system by scanning & filing documents.
  • Compiling information and preparing spreadsheets as necessary
  • Job Requirements

  • Must have knowledge and understanding of basic Accounting Principles
  • QuickBooks experience a plus
  • A/R Collections experience a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and strong process orientation
  • Ability analyze problems
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and desk
