Our growing client in Phoenix AZ is seeking a highly motivated Accounting Clerk for a temp to hire position paying between $15-$17/HR!

 
Responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk job are:

  • Help prepare/process bills, invoices and bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
  • Reconcile the accounts in a timely manner
  • Sorts, scans, and files documents
  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
  • Process accounts payables
  • Lend a hand where needed and help with clerical duties
  • Minimum requirements:

  • 1-2 years general accounting experience
  • Quick and accurate data entry skills
  • Attention to detail with strong accuracy
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly team player
