Accounting Principals is currently seeking an Accounting Clerk with a minimum of three years’ experience and available immediately! This is a full time position with a well-established Hotel located the Phoenix area! This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a friendly, goal-oriented company! This role entails primary preparation for supporting all accounting functions including A/P, A/R, Payroll and Account Reconciliations.
Reconcile Expense Reports
Compile and sort invoices and checks.
Issue checks for accounts payable
Record business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system.
File and tally deposits.
Processes payroll for all employee
Match invoices to work orders.
Reconcile Accounts Payable and accounts receivable to general ledger accounts.
Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
Three years Minimum Accounting Experience
Full Time, Temp to Hire
8:00AM-5:00PM, 40 hours per week
