Accounting Principals is seeking an Accounting Clerk in Philadelphia, PA! The ideal candidate will have experience with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.


  • Match and code invoices
  • Process invoices
  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Apply credit memos
  • Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of accounting experience
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred
  • Skills:

  •  High attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Employment Type: Full Time,  Contract
