Accounting Principals is hiring for an Accounting Clerk in Winter Park, FL. This is a direct hire opportunity.



  • Track, reconcile and create journal entries for fixed assets
  • Record depreciation, amortization, and net book value on a monthly basis
  • Assist with various administrative functions including but not limited to scanning documents, file maintenance, data entry of fixed assets, etc.


  • Minimum of two years' experience  in accounting with a focus on fixed assets (amortization, depreciation, etc.) required


  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge required
  • Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP knowledge preferred
  • High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Solid communication, organizational and mathematical skills


  • Associate's degree in Accounting preferred

    Work Hours/Pay Rate:

  • Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
  • $17.00-18.50/hr.
