We are currently looking for an Accounting Clerk in Tampa, FL. This is a contract to hire role that will be responsible for aiding the accounting department specifically the payables and receivables associates. The ideal candidate will have 3 years’ experience in an accounting role and have strong Excel skills.


Job Responsibilities:

  •  Investigate and respond to customer inquiries
  •  Prepare aging and other reports and analyses
  •  Maintain accurate customer billing records 
  • Follow up with any overdue accounts

    Job Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Accounting
  • 3 years’ experience in accounting
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Capacity to work independently
