Responsibilities of this Accounting Clerk include:

  • Log and post electronic payments from centralized system into acct system
  • Process vendor invoices in a timely manner
  • Reconcile accounts payable batch and posting daily
  • Manage electronic database for centralized payment system
  • Ensure integrity of data entered in systems
  • Collaborates with other departments to ensure timeliness and accuracy of data are intact
  • Assist Director of Accounting with additional accounting duties

    Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Accounting experience
  • Real Estate or Property Management experience is helpful
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Self-driven, team player mentality, efficient, and detailed oriented
  • Possess good analytical skills and ability to multi-task
