Accounting Principals is partnering with a growing service organization to identify an individual for a contract to hire Accounting Clerk position in Oceanside, CA. To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a minimum of one year of billing and/or accounts receivable experience.
In the Accounting Clerk role, you will be responsible for generating invoices for clients, analyzing discrepancies, resolving billing issues and following up with clients via email and phone.
Accounting Clerk Job Responsibilities:
Generate and bill out high-volume of invoices within deadlines indicated
Perform reconciliations and adjustments pertaining to billing
Respond to clients and internal employees promptly and timely
Verify and post accounts receivable transactions
Assist with special projects and clean up to ensure data integrity
Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role
Experience with a large ERP accounting system
Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
