Accounting Principals is currently seeking an entry level Accounting Clerk with 1+ years of experience for a growing property management company in Anaheim, CA. This is an onsite contract-to-hire role.
Review invoices and enter 100 invoices/week to Quick Books
Prepare deposits, process, and enter payments
Keep financial records updated
Open mail and sort
Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task and determine priorities to complete tasks
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Knowledgeable in Quick Books, MS Office
$20 - $22 USD per hour
