Accounting Assistant Responsibilities include:
- Entering and coding of A/P invoices
- Creation of invoices for client billing
- Issuing correspondence letters
- Processing multi-state sales/use tax
- Administrative tasks, as needed
- Two or more years of accounting experience preferred
- Associate’s Degree desired
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills
- Accurate and able to meet deadlines
