This Accounting Clerk opportunity prefers a candidate who has recently graduated and is looking to begin their career in accounting. No professional experience is required, although any prior office-related experience is a plus! This is an immediate temp to direct hire opportunity paying up to $17/hr.
Responsibilities for this Accounting Clerk job opportunity:
- Inputting of high-volume and account information
- Processing / examining invoices and investigating discrepancies
- Managed large Excel spreadsheets and reconciliations
- Various AR/AP and administrative duties
Qualified Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Moderate skill with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Knowledge of VLOOKUPS and Pivot tables are a plus!
