We are currently seeking to fill a full-time Accounting Clerk job for our Client located in Irvine, CA.
Responsibilities for this job:
• Entering and processing bills and vendor invoices
• Preparing customer invoices, issuing payments, and posting cash receipts
• Accurately process and resolve any invoice discrepancies
• Work with vendors and answer any questions regarding the invoices
• Various other clerical and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:  
• Two to five years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
