Job Summary
Our client, an established property management company in El Monte, is looking to hire a bilingual Chinese Accounting Clerk for a temporary-to-hire position. This position requires someone with solid experience with A/P, A/R, general ledger and reconciliations.
Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
  • Account reconciliations
  • Journal entries for month-end close
  • Verify the accuracy and process payment of invoices
  • Post receivables and follow-up on outstanding payments
  • Compile data and prepare a variety of reports
  • Research and resolve discrepancies
  • Provide accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department on other projects as needed

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Must be bilingual Chinese
  • Bachelor's degree required
