Our client is looking for an Accounting Assistant to join their growing team in Beaverton, Oregon. This is a hybrid position allowing you to work 3 to 4 days a week from home, and offers up to $22 an hour in compensation. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service and accounts paybale experience. If you are a recent college graduate looking to get experience in Accounting, this role is for you!
In this role, you will:

  • Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Oversee bank reconciliations and balance financial records
  • Assist with new hire onboarding process and benefits administration
  • To be a fit, you must have:

  • Strong customer service 
  • Familiarity working with accounting software
  • Strong mathematical reasoning skills
