Accounting Assistant

We are looking for a Stellar Accounting Assistant to support a premier client in Sacramento, CA. The Accounting Assistant will provide clerical support for the accounting department as well as perform daily accounting tasks for our financial team. This person will play an key role in helping our Accounting department run smoothly.

About the Role: 

  • Review and file payroll documents
  • Assist with invoicing and recording payments 
  • Issue invoices to customers and external partners
  • Prepare bank deposits as well as financial records 
  • ensure accuracy of information 
  • Identify discrepancies and reconcile accounts 
  • Create and update expense reports and process reimbursement forms 
  • Enter financial transactions into internal databases

Software Skills: 

  • QuickBooks
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook


  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Organization skills 
  • Team Player
Location: Sacramento, CA 

Hours: Full-time
