Accounting Assistant Job in Zionsville, IN
Do you have experience doing AP/AR and contract review? If you are comfortable in a fast-paced atmosphere and have at least 2 years of experience in an accounting related role, then this may be the perfect fit for you! This temporary to hire position is available immediately through Accounting Principals at an hourly pay rate between $18 and $23, depending on previous experience and education.
Job Duties:

  • Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Collections
  • Enter daily time sheets into billing software
  • Prepare, manage, and review all new and existing contracts
  • Assist with purchase orders
  • Daily and monthly credit card and bank account reconciliation
  • Additional administrative duties when applicable


  • 2+ years of QuickBooks experience, required
  • 2+ years of accounting, required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual speakers, a huge plus!
  • Excellent team-player skills and customer service-oriented
