We are currently seeking an Accounting Assistant in New Port Richey, Florida. Qualified Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of experience with General Ledger Accounting and Accounts Payable. This is a contract to hire position with an hourly wage of $14-16/hr.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Processing various real estate transactions
  • Assisting the accounting department with various tasks
  • Prepare daily bank deposits and issue commission checks
  • Assist with various accounting task such as AP, AR, audit, financial reporting


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of General Ledger accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Outlook)
  • Adobe
