We are currently seeking an Accounting Assistant in New Port Richey, Florida. Qualified Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of experience with General Ledger Accounting and Accounts Payable. This is a contract to hire position with an hourly wage of $14-16/hr.
- Processing various real estate transactions
- Assisting the accounting department with various tasks
- Prepare daily bank deposits and issue commission checks
- Assist with various accounting task such as AP, AR, audit, financial reporting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of General Ledger accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Outlook)
