Job Responsibilities you will have:
-Create purchase orders
-Handle AR/AP responsibilities in QuickBooks
-Process expense reports
-Support with recruiting and scheduling interviews
-Support in Front office with greeting visitors, answering phones, distributing mail
-Other responsibilities as needed
Job Qualifications you will need:
-At least one year of office experience in accounting or as an administrative assistant
-QuickBooks experience is a plus
-Someone who likes doing different things each day
-Strong communication skills
