TEMPORARY ACCOUNTING CLERK/CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB IN PITTSBURGH, PA
 
Our client is looking for a temporary solution in their office.  You must offer exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as some Accounting experience.  This position would pay between $14-16/hour depending on experience.
 
Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with the Accounting dept and support where needed
  • Follow up with customers directly, helping to answer questions and resolve discrepancies
  • Auditing Quotes and Invoices for accuracy
  • Clerical duties - answering phones, data entry, filing, opening and sorting mail

 
Qualifications:


  • 1+ years of Office experience - Accounting, Data Entry, Customer Service
  • Strong Technical and Communication skills
  • Associate Degree+ in Accounting highly preferred
