Accounting Principals is immediately seeking for an Accounting/Administrative clerk with advance Excel skills for a temporary to hire position with an international organization located in Corona, CA. Qualified applicants need to have experience working heavily in Excel, specifically with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP’s. As the accounting clerk you will required to work in fast paced environment with minimal errors, demonstrate a high attention to detail, and have strong time management skills.
Responsibilities:
Maintain email and incoming mail related to accounting department
Heavy data entry
Requesting statement from vendors
Research and troubleshoot duplicate invoices
Running reports for management
Qualifications:
At least 1 years of accounting experience
Advance Excel skills, working with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP’s
High school diploma required
Skills:
Fast and accurate data entry, minimum of 10,000 keystrokes
Superior attention to detail and organization
Must be a team player, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Work Hours: Monday thru Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 pm,
Employment Type: Full time, temp to hire
