Great opportunity with established company located on the west side of Tulsa, OK.  In this role, you will assist with both administrative and accounting tasks.  The salary for this position is $40K.


Duties include

  • Answering phones & other administrative functions, such as mail distribution, assisting with kitchen supplies/clean-up, and filing
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Payroll
  • Reconciliations 


  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting that includes collections and payables
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Stable work history a must
  • On-site position, 8 am -4:30 pm - Monday-Friday
