Accounting Admin in Tempe, AZ
Do you know the ins and outs of QuickBooks and have over 2 years of accounts payable/receivable experience? Are you looking to start your next position right away? If you answered “yes” to both questions, you may be exactly who we’re looking for! This position has potential to grow into an Office Manager role, so we’re also looking for someone who is self-motivated and eager to advance their career! Beginning pay is between $15-18 per hour.
What you’ll do as an Accounting Admin:

  • Process accounts payable invoices for payment approval
  • Prepare monthly billing and apply payments to customers’ accounts
  • Assist with statement reconciliation and month-end reporting
  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for the Office Manager
  • Provide back-up reception and administrative support


  • At least 2 years (or more) of AP/AR experience
  • Must have QuickBooks experience and be proficient in Excel
  • Excellent data entry 10-key with a high level of accuracy
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized and deadline-driven
  • Works well in a team environment and independently
