Accounting Admin Coordinator
Ajilon is recruiting for an Accounting Admin Coordinator for one of our top client in Orange County. This role will be responsible for all the accounting (AP/AR) and clerical duties. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and an upbeat personality.
-Assist with AP/AR
-In addition to account reconciliation:
-Help with preparing, reviewing, processing and maintaining accounting documents, records and files.
-Assists in gathering and compiling data
-Obtains required signatures on supporting documents and generates checks.
-One year of Administrative
-Basic to intermediate Excel skills
-Microsoft Office Suite
-High School Diploma or Equivalent, required
