Immediate opening!  In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist with a mix of administrative and accounting duties in friendly, business casual office near downtown Tulsa.  The pay rate is $15-17/hr.


Duties Include:

  • Assist with accounts payable duties
  • Data entry of invoics and other accounting information
  • Will prepare reports and track information on spreadsheets
  • Order office supplies
  • Assist with mail, maintenance issues, and filing
  • Back up front desk


  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Dependable and organized
  • Must be able to multi-task
