We are looking for a strong, competent collections specialist to bring to the team. Must be able to work independently as well as perform a wide variety of tasks related to collections, from contacting clients to negotiation and collecting outstanding payments on accounts with outstanding balances. You will have to be able to balance maintaining client relationships as well as ensuring timely payments on accounts.

All experience welcome, collections experience recommended. 


  • Monitor and track all outstanding accounts while supervising assigned accounts to identify unresolved debts
  • Reach out to clients and find or maintain account information is up to date
  • Make payment arrangements, develop effective repayment plans and/or collect payments from clients 
  • Take actions to encourage timely payments with clients 
  • Process payments to clients and oversee all payments and refunds 
  • Update account records and notate collection efforts as needed 
  • Report collection activity and create monthly credit records
  • Respond to client account queries in timely and professional manners

    Pay Range: $65,000-$72,000


    Recommended Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a collection specialist or similar
  • Knowledge of collection techniques 
  • Knowledge of billing and payment processing procedures 
  • Familiar with debt collection laws preferred
  • Stress Management 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Excels in negotiation and communication skills (both written and oral)


  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Understanding of billing and collection processes
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good Administrative Skills
