Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Compile and Process Payroll and track all relevant tax reports
Manage AP full-cycle
Process expense reimbursements through Bill.com and Expensify
Oversee AR and grants schedule with Development staff
Partner with Director of Finance on tracking compliance for donor restricted funds
Prepare monthly financial reports and sales and use tax reports
Prepare journal entries for review by the Accounting Manager
Assist with internal and external audits
Skillset and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
3+ years Accounting experience and 2+ years in nonprofit.
Systems experience with QuickBooks Enterprise required; familiarity with Expensify or Bill.com and ADP or Intuit Online Payroll preferred.
