Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Compile and Process Payroll and track all relevant tax reports
  • Manage AP full-cycle
  • Process expense reimbursements through and Expensify
  • Oversee AR and grants schedule with Development staff
  • Partner with Director of Finance on tracking compliance for donor restricted funds
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and sales and use tax reports
  • Prepare journal entries for review by the Accounting Manager
  • Assist with internal and external audits

    Skillset and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. 
  • 3+ years Accounting experience and 2+ years in nonprofit. 
  • Systems experience with QuickBooks Enterprise required; familiarity with Expensify or and ADP or Intuit Online Payroll preferred. 
  • Benefits:

    Compensation: $75-85,000
