Our client is looking to hire a temp to permanent Accountant in Bergen County, NJ! In order to be a fit for this role, you will need a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, 2-3+ years’ of general accounting experience and ERP experience. This is a newly created position due to growth of the company and the company offers an excellent benefit package. You will be reporting to the Accounting Manager. - Month-end close
- Creating all journal entries and account reconciliations
- Analysis of balance sheet, expense account and income statement
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Backup other areas of the accounting department
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
- ERP experience (ie. SAP, JD Edwards, Great Plains)
- 2-3 years of general ledger experience
