Exciting new opportunity for the right candidate! Accounting Principals has joined forces with a Christmas light company in search of an Accounting Professional who is bilingual in English and Mandarin.

About the role:

  • Complete all Accounts Payable responsibilities
  • Prepare bank, credit card and other AP account reconciliations
  • Maintain complete filing system and documentation to support financial records
  • Assist and support Senior Accountant with other accounting duties, as necessary
  • Assist with year-end audit(s)
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for parent/grandparent companies and/or board members accurately and swiftly
  • Prepare required financial and operations reports according to parent/grandparent company guidance
  • Provide other administrative, clerical, and office support to the accounting and executive teams
  • Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Accounting
  • 3+ years’ experience in accounting
  • 2+ years’ experience with Great Plains accounting software
  • Required Skills: 

  • Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin, both spoken and written
  • Advanced level - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work well with others and under pressure and meet deadlines on short notices
  • Problem solver, self-starter with good business and analytical sense
  • Adaptable team player. "That's not my job" is not heard here
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Because this role will be working with individuals in China, the schedule may be outside of normal business hours.  

    Salary: $55-60k plus bonus! 100% employer paid health insurance, generous PTO and paid retirement plan after 3 years!
