NEW Accounting Assistant job opportunity available with a large manufacturer local to Ontario, CA. Come join a growing but stable company! This person will collaborate with the Accounting Manager, Accountant, sales team and support the Accounting/Finance department with AP, AR and account reconciliations. Candidate with Quickbooks experience preferred.  


  • Minimum of (1) years of experience in general accounting, including but not limited to activities related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, accounts reconciliation, etc...
  • Proficient in the use of Quickbooks 
  • Ability to multi-task, attention to detail, and ability to manage a wide variety of tasks


  1. AA degree or Higher is required
  2. Computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Email, Quickbooks
  3. Strong Writing and Verbal communication skills
  4. Self-motivated and has the ability to work with minimal supervision

Full time: Monday - Friday 8 to 5

Pay: $16-20/hr DOE
