NEW Accounting Assistant job opportunity available with a large manufacturer local to Ontario, CA. Come join a growing but stable company! This person will collaborate with the Accounting Manager, Accountant, sales team and support the Accounting/Finance department with AP, AR and account reconciliations. Candidate with Quickbooks experience preferred.
- Minimum of (1) years of experience in general accounting, including but not limited to activities related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, accounts reconciliation, etc...
- Proficient in the use of Quickbooks
- Ability to multi-task, attention to detail, and ability to manage a wide variety of tasks
- AA degree or Higher is required
- Computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Email, Quickbooks
- Strong Writing and Verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and has the ability to work with minimal supervision
Full time: Monday - Friday 8 to 5
Pay: $16-20/hr DOE
