Accounting Principals is recruiting for an Accounting Analyst.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate with 1-3 year work experience in the accounting field, internships working in the accouting/finance department and you are eager for a career and to learn and grow professionally.

This position is also ideal for an individual who strives to be constantly challenged.  

This position require analysis of daily cash activities including generating bank reports, reconciliation of daily cash management and daily cash transfers.

Position Responsibilities

?   Review Balance Sheet and P&L Account Activities

?   Perform  Balance Sheet and Bank reconciliations

?  Maintain monthly variance schedules and other supporting documents

?  Review daily entries for accuracy

?  Communicate with staff and inter-departments regarding accounting discrepancies

?   Research and resolve inquires pertaining to Merchant.

?  Perform general accounting activities advanced insight and depth of understanding.

?  Apply accounting techniques and standard practices to the classification and recording of financial transactions.

?         Conducts any pertinent investigation of the accounts involved.


?         Minimum of Associates degree 

?    Solid working knowledge of Business, Operations, and Finance/Accounting.

?         Basic knowledge of Accounting principles and functions.

?    Ideal candidate must exhibit the ability to think “outside of the box”; the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; detail-oriented with high-level of accuracy; good organizational skills.

?         Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

?         Demonstrates excellent accuracy and attention-to-detail

?         Must have good multi-tasking and problem solving skills

?         Possess strong leadership skills and work well in a team environment

?         Ability to work well with professionals at all management levels

?         Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
