Accounting Principals is currently seeking an Account Representative for a full-time position at a well-established manufacturing company in Oklahoma City, OK.  MUST have Account Representative experience in the manufacturing sector!!!! This is a temp-to-hire position that will focus on managing the needs to existing and potential customers.  

The Customer Account Representative will support and assist the outside sales representatives; maintain open communication with the Accounting department regarding customer accounts and work with production to schedule shipments.   This role requires excellent customer service and client support skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sends product literature, price catalogs, references, and other data to customer
  • Prepares sales order configurations and price quotes and routes to customer
  • Manages paperwork for returned goods and forwards to receiving and accounting
  • Analyzes and resolves customer queries in accurate and timely manner
  • Provides excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Qualifications include:

  • Bilingual in Spanish HIGHLY preferred
  • Previous account representative required
  • Experience in Business to Business product sale preferred
  • MUST have utilization of ERP system
  • Skills:

  • Able to listen, analyze and offer solutions quickly
  • Strong ten-key and data entry skills
  • Able to communicate professionally and provide excellent customer service
  • Skilled in building positive relationships and negotiation
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Employment Type:

  • Full-time, Temp to Hire
  • Compensation:

  • $15-$18 per hour USD
  • Work Hours:

  • 8:00 – 5:00 pm, M-F
