Accounting Principals is actively seeking an Account Representative for an exciting role in the Sacramento area. This is a wonderful opportunity for an outgoing and highly organized Account Rep with a strong admin background and a solid work ethic. You must be an excellent communicator, both in writing and verbally.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with vendors to ensure proper shipment, around 300 per month
Enter data correctly to ensure shipments arrive at the proper destination
Communicate verbally and through email with overseas vendors
Process export documents accurately and in a timely manner
Coordinate with freight and packing to make sure shipment is received
Requirements and Skills:
Strong admin skills, at least 3 years'
Export experience preferred
Used to working in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized and detail oriented
Go-getter attitude!
Hours:
M - F, 8 hours per day, 2 or 3 days WFH
