Accounting Principals is on a quest for a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk for our client in Hamilton NJ. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships between customers and vendors
  • Manage accounts receivable correspondence and inquiries
  • Assist in the daily operations of the Accounting department
  • Prepare, verify, and process billings for services provided
  • Handle collections calls and collect on past due balances
  •  Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience working within an accounting department
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of MS Office
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High school diploma required
  • Part time, Direct Hire, On-site
