Accounting Principals  is a leader in offering workforce solutions in the accounting and financial services industries through a combination of temporary staffing, temp-to-hire, direct placement services and more.  We are seeking a business professional with high aptitude for networking and sales to service as business development manager with a very established Oklahoma City, OK operation.  This position will be a combination of remote work coupled with requirements to network and visit with clients in the local market.  If you are team oriented and would like to join a growing team, apply today!  

This position requires extensive sales efforts through combined efforts of client visits, sales calls and other networking and PR related communications. Individual must be a self-starter and enjoys developing long-term client relationships. Strong customer service and exceptional oral and written communication skills a must. This role will require extensive prospecting efforts, targeting accounting and human resource professionals. Additionally individual must be team oriented as role will work in partnership with our staffing managers.

Daily duties include:

  • Contact, meet virtually or in person and develop new opportunities for business in the OKC area
  • Coordinate meetings with wide range of companies/industries in the market
  • Prospect new business
  • Contract and fee negotiations
  • Proactive marketing of top talent identifies by recruiters
  • Professional networking
  • Customer and client service solutions
  • Desired skills, experience and traits:

  • 2+ years of related experience in the staffing industry, sales, consulting, Client Service environment or accounting/finance background
  • 4-year college degree
  • Superior communication and customer service skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management skills, multi-asking and organizational skills
  • Outstanding problem-solving ability and resourcefulness
  • Ability to rapidly develop relationships and rapport with diverse personalities
  • Strong drive to achieve productivity and margin goals
  • Position is a base + commission role with excellent benefits and PTO plan.   You will be provided national training by a dedicated training team and ongoing training throughout your career to ensure you are staying on top of the latest trends and techniques.  Strong OKC network and overall business knowledge of  OKC companies strongly desired.
