In-depth Interviews

Before you meet our candidates, we interview them in person to make sure they have the skills and personality for the job. And we know what to look for in a great candidate because every one of our branches has staffing experts with real-world accounting and finance experience.

Targeted Skills Assessments

Upon request, we have over 300 different evaluation courses that measure the aptitude in key functions such as accounting theory, reconciliations, accounts payable, and more. If they have the skills to handle our assessments, we'll know they're ready to go to work for you.

Comprehensive Verification Checks

You’ll never doubt that every candidate we propose is authorized—and can be trusted—to do the job.

We check at least two references for:

  • Employment dates
  • Salary
  • Technical skills
  • Reliability
  • Strengths and weaknesses

We also conduct:

  • I-9 verifications
  • Credit checks (upon request)
  • Drug tests (upon request)
  • Criminal background checks (upon request)
