David Alexander, President Finance, Office, Healthcare

David Alexander is President of Adecco Group North America's finance, office, and healthcare divisions, which include the leading brands Accounting Principals, Parker & Lynch, Ajilon Professional Staffing, Paladin and Soliant Health. Show more

After leading the company's healthcare divisions for 13 years, David's role expanded in October 2015, to include executive leadership of Adecco Group's finance and office brands.

David began his career in healthcare staffing in 1992 when he founded Atlanta-based Elite Medical. Elite found a niche by providing traveling and contract healthcare professionals to medical facilities throughout the country. By 2002 he led the company to number 218 on Inc. Magazine's list of 500 fastest growing companies in the country. Later that year, David sold Elite to MPS Group as its platform into the healthcare industry. Elite Medical was subsequently re-branded as Soliant Health.

David is the past president of the Georgia Association of Personnel Services and served on the board of the Georgia State University College of Health and Human Sciences. He holds a BBA and MS in strategic management from Georgia State University where he was recognized by the school's Robinson College of Business as one of the Outstanding Young Alumni.Show less

Kathy Gans, Senior Vice President
Kathy Gans, Senior Vice President

As senior vice president, Kathy Gans is responsible for directing and overseeing the West region for several professional specialty staffing brands including Accounting Principals, Ajilon Professional Staffing, Parker & Lynch and Paladin Staffing. In addition to being over the West region, Kathy oversees the Temporary Staffing Verticals for both Accounting Principals and Ajilon Professional Staffing. Kathy also serves as the national Executive Director for the Ajilon Professional Staffing business line for the entire organization. Show more

Kathy joined Ajilon Professional Staffing in 1998 and served in various roles and responsibilities to spearhead the company's growth within the Orange County/San Diego region. Her rich and diverse experience included the talent acquisition, employee development and enterprise-wide training of Ajilon colleagues, many of whom now hold various leadership roles within the organization. She has successfully led an enterprise-wide initiative in developing operational efficiencies, infrastructure and a sales driven culture in the Southern California market. During her tenure with Ajilon and Accounting Principals, Kathy's significant professional experience has helped drive company performance and results during economic challenges and industry down-turns. She also has been recognized for various awards and distinctions including Vice President on multiple occasions and was most recently awarded the 2008 President's Leadership Award.Show less

Trent Beekman, Senior Vice President
Trent Beekman, Senior Vice President

Trent Beekman is senior vice president of the accounting, legal and office specialty brands at Adecco Group North America, part of the world's largest recruitment and workforce solutions provider. Trent is responsible for the East region and Permanent Placement Vertical, which includes the development and implementation of strategies and tactics that increase our search and permanent placement business across the country. In addition to ensuring that our search and permanent placement services are well positioned from a marketing and delivery perspective, he is also responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures to maximize the mutually advantageous relationships between our search and perm business and our contract staffing teams. Trent has been with the company since 2002. He has gained diverse experiences and held multiple positions throughout his career in the staffing industry, with proven expertise in growing sales and leading large profitable territories. Trent has been recognized for his success by winning the 2002 Rookie of the Year award and 2007 Top Area Manager Award. Kim Gottschalk, Senior Regional Vice President
Kim Gottschalk, Senior Regional Vice President

Kim Gottschalk is the senior regional vice president for Accounting Principals and manages the Mid-West region as well as overseeing Paladin. Kim is responsible for multiple lines of business, including Accounting Principals, Parker + Lynch, Ajilon Professional Staffing and Paladin. Kim joined Accounting Principals in 1998 after graduating with a dual degree in accounting and business management from Saint Xavier University in Chicago and practicing public accounting at Ernst & Young. During Kim's tenure she has been a top contributor and has been integral in building successful teams for all Accounting Principals divisions. Kim focuses on continually strengthening the organizations' service offerings with the overarching goal of providing the best candidates to clients and providing the best opportunities to candidates. Kim is dedicated to delivering training and best practices to teams that ensure excellent service is provided to candidates and clients alike.

Through the years Kim has contributed to national training initiatives in both content and delivery capacities. Her expertise in executive search and staff augmentation led Kim to join the senior leadership team in April 2013. She has since led a webinar on the topic of "Managing Multiple Generations in the Workplace" and has also spoken on the FOX Network regarding the employment market in Chicago and the Mid-West.Show less

Laura Schroeder, National Vice President

Laura is the national Vice President of Accounting Principal and is responsible for business strategy and brand initiatives for the company nationwide. She works closely with senior leadership and local managers to continually ensure our branches are providing the highest level of service to our clients and candidates. Throughout the years Laura has contributed as a national trainer, developed client retention strategies, new techniques for attracting top talent and represented Accounting Principals at many professional accounting conferences across the country. Laura started her career with Accounting Principals in 2005 in the Portland market and has held the position of Division Director over sales, and Strategic Director overseeing operations and training for the West Coast. Laura has a BA degree in Journalism from University of Oregon.Show less
